Terms of Service
Autónomo Simple is support software for organising business activity, estimating taxes, generating simulations, exports and guided workflows. It is not, by itself, an official filing service before the Spanish Tax Agency and does not replace professional tax or legal advice.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by Varlens Solutions S.L., contact email contacto@autonomo-simple.es. When the final legal entity is established, the corresponding registration details will be updated in these terms.
2. Scope of the service
Autónomo Simple provides access to a SaaS platform for organising income, expenses, payments, assets, tax estimates, simulations, reports, AI receipt scanning and guided workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing the information and, where applicable, filing before the Spanish Tax Agency or through a professional.
3. Account and access
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials confidential and prevent unauthorised access. You are responsible for the use of your account and activity carried out through it unless proven otherwise.
4. Trial, subscription, billing and cancellation
Access may be offered through a 14-day free trial and later through a recurring monthly subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals while keeping access until the end of the already paid period.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you contract as a consumer, a right of withdrawal may apply under applicable law. Where you request immediate start of the digital service, you acknowledge that performance may begin before the withdrawal period ends and, to the extent permitted by law, this may affect the refundable amount.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with platform stability, reverse engineer where not legally permitted, or introduce content or conduct that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, software, design, text, structure, trademarks and other elements associated with the service belong to Varlens Solutions S.L. or are used under sufficient licence. No exploitation right is granted beyond ordinary use of the service under these terms.
8. Availability, changes and suspension
The service may evolve, be updated or modify certain features. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, breach of these terms, legal requirement or risk to service stability.
9. No professional advice and limitation of liability
The service's estimates, simulations and guidance do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or decisions taken solely on the basis of service estimates. Total liability of Varlens Solutions S.L. will, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, be limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the previous three months.
10. Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, mandatory consumer forum rules will be respected. For any inquiry, incident or complaint, contact contacto@autonomo-simple.es.
